Quartz & Canary uses only natural gemstones. Therefore the clarity, shape and colour of each stone may vary. Each stone carries its own unique appearance and may have imperfections.

Please note all pieces are handmade. To ensure the longevity and beauty of your jewelry is maintained we recommend the following:
Cleaning your jewelry should be done only with a soft cloth or jewelry cloth. Avoid contact with water, and do not submerge the piece in water in attempt to clean pieces.

Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, hairsprays, or other alcohol based products. Any alcohol or fragrance based products can discolour or detract from the longevity of the piece.

We also recommend you do not shower, or wear your pieces during high levels of physical activity as several of the pieces are plated. Please note all our pieces are hand crafted; any excessive force or abuse to the product can result in breakage. 

Quartz & Canary reserves the right to decline any repairs or retouching on a complimentary basis should these forms of improper wear be apparent.
