● Made-to-Order & Custom Items:
All made-to-order and specially customized pieces are eligible for store credit or exchange only, as part of our commitment to ethical luxury. Each piece is crafted exclusively to order, allowing us to minimize waste and honor a more sustainable approach to fine jewellery. For this reason, exchanges must be supported by a valid reason. Please note that fully custom designs and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
● Regular Stock Items:
Items from regular stock may be returned or exchanged for a full refund or store credit, provided they are sent back within 15 days of receiving the order.
● Return Shipping:
We do not cover return shipping costs unless you are a QCVIP member. Please email us at info@quartzandcanary.com to speak to a team member who can instruct you on next steps.
● QCVIP Program:
Customers who have purchased 10 or more pieces qualify for QCVIP status, which includes complimentary return labels. Eligibility is based on total order volume.
