Quartz & Canary stands by our handmade products, so much so that if you are not fully satisfied with our product we are happy to offer a refund for the cost of the piece 10 days from the date you receive your item.

We also offer a 1 year warranty on all of our jewelry. Our warranty covers the following: broken string, lost gems, broken chains & clasps. Aggressive or careless usage of the pieces is not covered.

Exchanges & Exceptions

All Signature Connected Q & C Bracelets are exchange only and are subject to a $15 restocking fee upon return for incorrect size or colour selection. Please order carefully.

All items with customizable attributes are subject to a restocking fee of $10 per piece

 

All returns and exchanges will result in shipping charge back to the client. Shipping charges may vary depending on locations. Promotions may not be honoured on new purchases. For exchanges that require custom accommodations charges can be applied. 

 

Custom Purchases

Additionally we require a no refund or exchange policy for highly customizable items or custom requests. Included but not limited to: karat gold custom products, stones which are mounted and adhered to specified products, one off designs or any products Quartz & Canary Inc deems fit for no return or exchange. In some cases a store credit will be offered, otherwise the sale is final. 

 

Earrings / Highly Custom Products

Once earrings are purchased, for hygienic reasons we cannot exchange or refund your purchase. 

 

Heavily Worn

For those looking to return or exchange damage or heavily worn product - an initial assessment is required. Quartz & Canary has the right to refuse refunds in the event products have been heavily damaged or worn without care instructions in mind.
