Return & Warranty Policy

Quartz & Canary stands by our handmade products, so much so that if you are not fully satisfied with our product we are happy to offer a refund for the cost of the piece 10 days from the date you receive your item.

We also offer a 1 year warranty on all of our jewelry. Our warranty covers the following: broken string, lost gems & clasps.

If you do in fact decide to return click here to download the Return/Exchange form and place with the product you are choosing to ship back. Please email us info@quartzandcanary.com for return instructions.

Over the holiday period (December 2021) we offer exchanges or returns up until January 10th of 2022. Any questions or concerns regarding your order please let us know how we can help you get the flexibility you need for your gift giving. 

Exchanges & Exceptions

All Signature Connected Q & C Bracelets are exchange only and are subject to a $15 restocking fee upon return for incorrect size or colour selection. Please order carefully.

All items with customizable attributes are subject to a restocking fee of $10 per piece

Earrings / Highly Custom Products

Once earrings are purchased, for hygienic reasons we cannot exchange or refund your purchase. Additionally we require a no refund or exchange policy for highly customizable items or custom requests. Included but not limited to: karat gold custom products, stones which are mounted and adhered to specified products. one off designs or any products Quartz & Canary Inc deems fit for no return or exchange. 

Heavily Worn

For those looking to return or exchange damage or heavily worn product - an initial assessment is required. Quartz & Canary has the right to refuse refunds in the event products have been heavily damaged or worn without care instructions in mind.
