Yes, all of our pieces are covered under a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty includes:
● Broken strings
● Lost gemstones
● Faulty closures
● Broken Chains
● Plating not up to manufacturing standard

Please note: Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by misuse, improper care, or allergic reactions to metals. We encourage all customers to review our Jewelry Care Guide to ensure longevity of their pieces. If your jewelry arrives damaged, please email us at info@quartzandcanary.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Pending availability, we will be happy to offer a replacement or suitable alternative.
Yes. If your piece requires repair within or outside the warranty period, please contact Customer Care at info@quartzandcanary.com with a photo and a description of the issue. Our team will assess your request and guide you through the next steps, including any service fees or timelines.

Please contact the team with your specific product and order number, for confirmation on whether or not your item can be resized. Most pieces come as is, however our team will confirm with you, the opportunities available. Should this be possible a $45 surcharge will apply.
Made to Order 10-14 business days minimum, please check with the team for updates on timeline. If in stock item, shipping will happen asap. Custom projects can take 4-6 weeks. Pre orders are subject to timelines based on production volumes, and complexities of each piece. They are extremely dependent on our success for first draft and can take up to 3 months.
All materials are sterling silver with / without 14k or 18k gold plating, and solid gold. Depending on the severity of an allergy, within an individual it can cause an allergic reaction. Please review the product details or contact us directly if you have specific metal sensitivities.
