How long does it take to make my piece?

Because Q&C pieces are handmade and include custom components, your order will typically take approximately 10 business days from the date of purchase to the date you receive it.

Can production take longer?

Yes, production can sometimes take longer than two weeks depending on piece availability. If a stone selection, chain, or other component is temporarily sold out, Q&C will contact you with options so you can make an informed decision. You’ll have the choice to select another stone or metal finish, or receive a full refund.

Do colours and stone sizing vary?

Our gemstones are naturally sourced and we prioritize authenticity and quality. Because of this, natural variations and slight imperfections may be visible in each stone. Differences in colour, size, and inclusions are normal and make every piece unique. Q&C does not accept returns on this basis, as it is part of purchasing natural gemstone jewelry.

What do I do if my piece is damaged upon receiving it?

If your piece arrives damaged, please email Q&C at info@quartzandcanary.com. We’ll be happy to review your request and, pending availability, arrange a replacement or suitable substitute.

Sizing for gifts and returns

Because Q&C pieces are custom in nature, we strongly recommend having your loved one sized properly before placing an order. Please refer to our return policy for full details on sizing, non-refundable items, and exchanges to avoid any confusion.

Does Q&C offer a warranty on each product?

Yes, we offer a 6-month warranty on all of our jewelry. This warranty covers issues such as broken string, lost gemstones, and faulty closures.

Q&C is not responsible for allergies or allergic reactions to metals of any kind.

Are any pieces final sale?

Yes, all Abundance Bangles and rings are final sale. Once gemstones are mounted, they cannot be changed. These pieces are still covered under our 6-month warranty.

What if I see a counterfeit Q&C piece?
