How long does it take to make my piece?
Due to the fact Q&C pieces are handmade and contain a custom component - from the date of purchase to the date it is received, it should take approximately 10 business days.
Can production take longer?
Yes, production can take longer than two weeks pending on piece availability. If a stone selection or chain perhaps is sold out temporarily Q&C will alert you with the information needed for you to make an informed decision. We definitely will give you the option to select another stone or metal finish prior to a full refund.
Do colours and stone sizing vary?
Our gemstones are sourced naturally and we attempt to get all stones that are purely authentic in quality. Therefore Mother Nature imperfections are visible in the stones. There will be some size variations and inclusions that will allow for each piece to look unique. Q&C does not use this for grounds for return as this is disclosed when shopping for natural gemstone jewelry.
What do I do if my piece is damaged upon receiving it?

Sizing for Gifts and Returns?
Unfortunately because of the custom nature of Q&C we strongly recommend that you get your loved one sized appropriately before ordering. Please reference our return policy to prevent any confusion about resizing, non-refundable items or exchanges!
Does Q & C offer a Warranty on each product?
Yes we offer a 6 month warranty on all of our jewelry. The warranty covers the following: broken string, lost gems, and closures.
Please reference our jewelry care section to ensure your piece is cared for properly.
Q&C does not take responsibility for allergies or allergic reactions to metals of any kind.
Are any pieces final sale?
Yes all abundance bangles and rings are final sale. Once the gemstones are mounted they cannot be changed. We will allow these pieces however to remain under our warranty!
What if I see a counterfeit Q&C piece?
