Based on our current business volumes, 8-12 weeks is the general waiting period. Any pieces requiring a rush order involves a surcharge of $150 USD to complete the project in the expected timeline the client has requested.
We require 30% of the anticipated project cost to be offered as a non-refundable deposit. Additionally payments can be made throughout the process, however the balance must be paid before delivery. All bespoke pieces are non-refundable and are not eligible for a store credit.
We have the best facilities in the world making our pieces. We source you the absolute best possible destination for your project, whether it is made by our 4th generation jewelers here in Toronto, or by our celebrity facilities in Miami, Florida we ensure the quality of your piece. We provide a complimentary 2 year warranty on our quality assurance.
