Who is ready to meet & meditate with our Founder, Andrea? On August 6th at 8:30 am at Lakeside Beach Park (St.Catharines) you'll get a chance to meet Andrea and join a free morning meditation! She is known for her motivation and meditation sessions and August 6th she'll be bringing it to you live. What to bring: yoga mat, meditation pillow, blanket or something comfortable to lay one. Don't forget be comfy!
